We’re looking for sponsors to help us run our first workshops and give students the tools to try their own AI projects.

Get involved with projects
Give a team some advice, join the hackathon as a judge or come along to the showcase.
Work with a student team
If a project interests you, you can discuss mentoring, research or a pilot with the team. Any further work would be agreed separately, and taking part is up to the students.
How you could help
Funding helps, but so do access to tools, equipment and time from people with useful experience.
AI tools and specialist data
Model tokens, coding tools, API access, financial data and research datasets.
Hosting and software
Cloud hosting, databases, domains and other services needed to test and share projects.
Hardware and materials
Electronics, sensors, fabrication and shared prototyping equipment.
Workshops and events
Technical teaching, venues, materials, catering, hackathon and showcase costs, and essential society operations.
Mentors and technical guidance
Help run a workshop, spend a session giving feedback or help a team test its prototype.
Hackathon challenges and prizes
Suggest an optional challenge, provide sandbox tools or sponsor prizes. Students remain free to choose their own tools and project ideas.
What we’d agree with you
A founding partnership could help fund six workshops, two project-feedback sessions and the year-end showcase. You could also support just one branch or event.
We’d agree what you’re contributing, which activities you’re supporting and how we’ll acknowledge your support. Afterwards, we’d share attendance, project demos, anonymised feedback, whether projects are continuing and how we used the resources.
We’re still planning the first year, so we’ll confirm the details with each sponsor.
